Beautiful location and very relaxing. I loved the fact that it was quiet.

Amazing view. Amazing location. Slightly dated decor and breakfast could be better, but I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back again soon.

The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant ant had a delicious meal and 5 Star service.

Everything was excellent

We had a very relaxing stay. We loved the room, the facilities, the restaurant, the service, everything was perfect. A small incident not really the fault of the hotel: We asked for a kettle to make tea in the room. They brought us everything we needed including some nice teabags. The kettle however had some noodles in it, some scrambled with the coils, probably because the last customer used it to cook noodles. It did take us some time to clean the kettle.

Amazing views from any room- The location is more isolated therefore you’ll be sure to enjoy quiet and rest. Staff is very welcoming and kind. Perfect place to sleep & to enjoy their buffet breakfast with breath taking views !!

Not my first visit here. As usual, I was treated as a friend and the service was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

Disappointing. Stale, outdated room. Cringy carpet; old bedding and pillows. Had a hard time sleeping because of fear of bed bugs or other creepies. No bites in the morning, thank goodness. Big spider in the curtains. One bar wifi; after complaining they gave us a wifi repeater to plug in and didn't help. Property has some serious deferred maintenance. Do not recommend.

Gorgeous Location on Hilltop with panoramic views. A bucket list location. Shuttle Bus driver very helpful. Drive into Rates for a medieval experience

The hotel looks better in photos. It s a little run down with not much to do either in the hotel or in the vicinity. The view is mind blowing but be sure to ask for a room at the upper floors. Breakfast was ok. Most of the staff impecable, service very good. Must have a car for this hotel. Very, very limited options for vegetarians. Not suitable for vegans.

When I arrived my room was ready and it was clean and smells good. The view of my room was amazing. Staffs was very welcoming and they spoke English enough so we can have a conversation of understanding with each other. There are free parking all around the hotel property. Please get a car if you drive..( manual/ stick shift is the most popular cars in Europe) so please choose according to your driving licence allowance. I drove to Spain for the day which is less than 2 hrs from the hotel. Nothing is close enough for a walking distance that's the main disadvantage. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with champagne and biscuit decorated on the side which I loved. They give robes and change towels every single day when your room is clean. I brought my laptop and HDMI connector so I can watch anything I wanted to I.E Netflix/ YouTube. As majority of their channels are in Portuguese which I expected. Side note to hotel please build an indoor pool so customer that visit in the winter can have a bit a relaxation. The hotel is definitely a 4*.

Warm welcone, attentive staff and wonderful food. The views are amazing and handy location for the metro and beaches.

I felt like home. Good place good food good bedroom. Good people specially Marino and Alice. Treat us really well.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful area with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds, however were not as comfortable as expected.

Location is unique.lovely pool and a great place to relax.

I liked the view, the food and the services provided by staff. The thing I didn’t like is the bed, it is too strong, they should get a soft mattress.
