Fantastic hotel, everything about it is glorious. Room and balcony are great, cleaniness very good. Staff are lovely and everything is laid on for you, even before you arrive. Inside and outside pool, restaurants also very good.

Absolutely Stunning location with breathtaking views. The indoor pool and spa facilities are amazing and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean, refreshing and peaceful. The location is perfect, quiet but within walking distance (or you can grab a free buggy ride) to Cavtat centre. From there you can jump on a water taxi to Dubrovnik or catch a bus. At night the Piano bar is enigmatic. It’s been a very restful stay!

This hotel located at Cavtat, town 30 mins approx from Dubrovnik , was nice.Breakfast was lovely but our room wasnt cleaned daily and in 2 occassions we had to ask for towels .The Hotel taxi will charge €39 to take you to the airport but if you ask the hotel staff to arrange a taxi it will cost €15.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Spotlessly clean with excellent customer service. Nothing negative about whole stay. It’s up a bit of a hill but a buggy runs up and down when it’s dry.

Every thing is excellent except the AC was still on off and room temperature didn’t allow us to sleep well

Beautiful hotel in a stunning area with amazing views everywhere you look. Rooms were well appointed with nice balconies to relax and enjoy the view. Pool area was also very good and not too busy for April. Great choice at breakfast and hotel was very comfortable and clean. A really lovely place to go for a nice relaxing stay. I can’t fault this hotel at all and the staff were lovely.

The sea view from the balcony room was amazing, especially at sunset. Breakfast was fine, lots of choice but eggs, beans etc in the cooked area were only barely warm. The hotel is located only 10 minutes by taxi from Dubrovnik airport. An Uber works out about 13 euro & a taxi about 20. The resort of Cavtat is beautiful with a freat choice of restaurants. To access Cavtat there are a series of very steep steps. The hotel do offer a complimentary golf buggy down to the resort, however whrn you want to use the buggy back to the hotel you have to call hotel reception & request the buggy to collect you. Ideally it would be better if the hotel installed a buzzer that would connect to the buggy driver directly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was ideal for our short stay.

Hotel was friendly and clean. The food at breakfast was not up to much and the water for tea was never boiling hot.

We were only there for 1 night but wished I could have stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. We will definitely return to Hotel Croatia for a longer period.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, has everything you could ask for, the buffet breakfast was excellent, hotel so clean, lots to do in and around, easy bus to Dubrovnik, airport nice and close. Staff was very helpful!

Not sure how this is rated as a 5* hotel, multiple reasons as to why it’s not. Firstly the staff, quite rude, not just one but a handful. There is a cart that goes back and forth to the bottom of Cavtat multiple times a day and we were refused numerous times by staff because other guests were older even though we had queued and waited for our space we were rejected. We are all guests and should all be treated the same, to be honest the stairs down and up to the hotel are extremely steep, very high up and quite dangerous. We only ever wanted to go up as it’s quite high, one staff member let us on once in our entire trip. Some weird cricket sound that plays throughout the hotel lobby and piano bar, it’s awful. No water, I’ve stayed it lots of hotels all over the world and to not provide 1 bottle of water is madness especially when charging 700€ per room (city view). The hotel isn’t catered for any younger generation, 40 or below we believe is treat completely differently to other guests. We watched this on multiple occasions. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone below the age of 40. Good things, beautiful location, Cavtat is wonderful. The views from the hotel are sensational. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars (loved the wine bar!) Water taxi is a must into old town and can book on the day.

GOOD ;OCATION

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and it’s like a home away from home! Very comfortable good atmosphere and the staffs are very nice with excellent service from the door, reception, the room attendants, bar and restaurant! I’m very comfortable and relaxed in my stay here. Keep up the excellent work. I always recommend this hotel to friends and even to those I met in our holiday!
