Nice to be in a hotel with some character rather than a typical out of a box hotel. Lovely room with modern shower and amenities. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

No hot water, function room had an event and was noisy until late and right under the bedrooms, restaurant was booked out for the event, so no food on site. Room was freezing cold. Nice decor and garden, but basic bar area.

This hotel is clean and friendly, it has exceptionally good rooms and chef uses local food to prepare outstanding meals at very reasonable prices.

This Hotel was a good place to stop over, handy for Blyton Park, and reasonably priced. We didn't have to go looking for somewhere to eat as they had there own restaurant on site offering good food - again at reasonable Prices.

My wife and I stayed for a 3 night midweek break.. Most welcoming proprietors for whom nothing was too much trouble. Dined at the hotel on each night and enjoyed first class cuisine. An excellent character hotel which we would recommend without hesitation.
