Our stay though short was amazing. Cheerful staff all through and willing to assist at any given time. Rooms clean without offensive odor. Overall great.

Great suite! Clean. Couch bed however needed bettwr mattress and could not be provided a pillow for. But all in all a nice room.

Hotel is very good, but in 2025 they start to charge for parking, next week will be 3rd time and last, ill check for other option without pay for parking.

Overall a nice property, kids had a great time at the pool, breakfast was good with a large variety. However, the air conditioning was not working properly in our room and it shut completely off from 9:45pm-2:00am and we slept horrible. The air conditioning all over did not seem to be working properly as it was stuffy/humid in the lobby and halls also. Front desk did not seem to care when I told them.

there was a car show that lasted till around 4am then picked back up around 7am . if we were warned beforehand we could of made other arrangements. kitchen staff was not very polite either

We weren’t really in the room for most of our stay but there was no trash can, the toilet was difficult to flush, hotel needs updating, swim area needs updating, barely any face towels to use. We had to go ask for more. The toilet clogged but the maintenance guy came right away which I appreciated. The $8 a night parking doesn’t make sense. It’s a hotel with a parking lot, nothing special, no valet… etc.

The customer service was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate our family. Roxanne was a rock star handling our very large group. Special thanks to her. Made our stay so much better.

Everything was so easy & efficient from check-in to check-out. Reception was helpful, extremely friendly & efficient throughout check-in & later on in the evening when we needed assistance for a broken glass out on the patio. The studio room was amazing with more than enough space for us & a great layout that was perfect for the 3 of us that were staying there. The price was comparable to other locations close by. While it was close to the highway (410) & shopping/entertainment, etc., it was surprisingly quiet in the courtyard/patio area which of course transferred to the room being quiet as well. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed

The hotel was happy to take my money but failed to provide the room I booked for my family of 5. Instead of 2 beds and a pullout sofa they gave me a 1 bed room, for 5 people including an infant. And of course overbooked and offered absolutely nothing for a lifetime Gold Membership from Marriott... now i need to fight rhem to get my money back.
