This is an old hotel that is currently in maintenance. The facilities were ok, the staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful.

The works of the hotel we very helpful

I liked that we had connecting rooms. Checkin was easy and quick. We got there early and they let us check in at noon. It is not in the center of Campeche, but there are restaurants and other things around. Would be nice if there were a beach

The hotel is on. However furniture is chipped, elevators kept going out of service, the TV had no acces to airplay and no Netflix or any other streaming apps. The restaurant had very little options and it is ugly as hell. The bedding was ok, although clean the pillows and blankets were not the most comfortable. Great location, very friendly staff, the pool was freezing. Definitely needs an upgrade.

There was no hot water for the shower, bathroom pretty updated. The hotel looks very tired.

Las alfombras de pasillos están manchadas, no ofrecen servibar, no hay botones que te ayuden con las maletas. Pero es buen lugar, el portero es muy amable y el personal también, lo mismo que las personas que arreglan la habitación.

The staff, the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurant to the cleaning staff and the doormen, were all very kind, helpful and attentive. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. We had to unexpectedly stay an extra night and adding it to our stay was easy. I will say, the online booking showed Double Standard room to have 2 beds and a sofa, however, our room had no sofa, which we were expecting. We arrived tired after long travel so we just stayed in the room. When I had to book the extra day, the same picture and description comes up for a room accommodation for 6, two beds and a sofa. We were not feeling at 100% during our stay (not bc of the hotel) so it was not worth moving all of our things around but I do want there to be a word of caution for anyone expecting the sofa or simply more space, as we did not get that accommodation.

The reception was poor!! The receptionist had an attitude from the beginning. She told me that I hadn’t paid for my stay and when I showed her the email with the confirmation from two weeks ago she still ask me to paid again also she told me that customers from Hotels.com or Expedia are not allowed to have the beach site view.

Travel there frequent and always stay there. Clean friendly staff.

Le falta mantenimiento a los Baños

Staff is great, they are super nice and helpful. The property has all you need. Breakfast is excellent. The only thing I didnt like was the carpet in the hallways, it looks a bit worn down but the rest of the hotel looks quite good.

I enjoyed my stay very much

Rooms are ok but the beds were too soft and you sank into them. No mini fridge. No room description to ensure a balcony. Bathroom towels were old and ratty.

The keys kept not working pool area very barren no tables no character needs sprucing up no cream or sugar in tooms for coffee

They charged me the night because your system ddint update them with the payment of my redeemed night. I spend hours to get a refund from them, however it will take them like 10 days to return the money to my credit card.

It was a very disappointing experience. A) the hotel staff had no idea on tourist attractions or tourist places. B) they offered few help for problem solutions, they lacked of training. C) we wated 2 hours for our room to get fixed (the doors battery got stuck) D) bathrooms are very old, and not friendly with elder people. I suggest a safety carpet in the bath tub. E) Some rooms do not have hygiene kit. F) Nevertheless the breakfast was delicious.

There seems to be a club or something nearby , a couple nights there was loud music playing until late night.

The place was great but i paid Expedia and also had to pay the Holiday inn the same amouht again. I don't know if any of you every read these reviews but i never get a response other than thanks for your review. Larry Lyons 239-560-6165 lyons134@gmail.com
