Incredible location and the unit had all the little extras people tend to forget when packing for a beach vacay.

Great location

Terrible customer service, reception is always closed. Cockroaches in my room and I wasn't able to get changed to a different room. Place felt generally dirty, dusty, and grimy. Caller representative said they'd call me back to find a way to compensate me but never did. They couldn't care less about you.

The property was dirty with hair in the kitchen sink , a dirty bottle under the bed, the shower also was full of hair

It was not clean and was not maintained. The wife was supposed to stay for a much needed break and left after the first night. Not happy!

Noise in common area until the early hours of the morning

Very easy checkin and close the everything - but just enough off the main strip to not be frantic.

My stay at the Beach Club was beautiful. Very relaxing, great facilities and very friendly and welcoming staff!!

Great location, lovely little apartment. We were there for a funeral so didn't have the chance to use the pool but it looked great!

Great hotel and location, the staff are helpful and kind. Lots of restaurants to go to and near the beach.

Really great place to stay

All in all was a nice appartment to stay in . Road noise and neighbours was the only down fall

Nice room. Nice kitchen with two burner stove, microwave, mini dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer and dryer in unit. Large balcony with a good view of the ocean and the mountains.

Good BBQ areas, rooftop spa and relaxing area. Clean and tidy. Pool and gym were also clean and in good condition. Bedroom was ok but no air con!! Also, it appeared unvacuumed from previous tenant. Air con in main living area but didn’t filter through to bedroom. Fly screen door to balcony was broken (off rails), kitchen bread knife had no handle (OHS issue), mold on curtains to balcony, no tea towel or tissues. All appliances worked well, however. Didn’t see housekeeping for the 4 days we were there. 3 overall.

The spar was hot one night and thought I'd try it again and it was cold. Other than that everything was great

Great location, an easy walk to everything you need (inc Coles and lots of cafes/ restaurants and surf lifesaving club). Lovely pool area and an incredible rooftop spa and magnesium plunge pool - complete with a BBQ area. Undercover parking and an elevator makes it easily accessible. Communication was great from the property and they were friendly.

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Stunning room and balcony. Very happy with everything. Highly recommended

The property was fair, but it was old and dated. It was one street away from the beach, and the resorts in front of it towered over the small complex.

All you need for a short stay.

The communication with reception wasn’t very easy as they were not open when we arrived, we also had issues with our credit card so had issues following this up. We also found our room to be extremely dusty and the whole family needed antihistamines for the week. We also found the sheet on the mattress in the master kept coming away exposing the mattress. The hotel was located in a great spot and very close to the beach, shopping and dining. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or anything else at the property.
