Check in took way, WAY too long. I’m thinking 20 minutes! I had to go to the bathroom really bad but the check in guy just kept talking and talking and I almost peed in my pants because he kept talking instead of giving me my key. I had already chosen my room on Expedia but he wanted to walk me through every room type for no reason and tell me all the amenities of the hotel for no reason. I travel constantly, like 30 trips per year on business and I’ve never experienced this before anywhere.

There was a tremendous amount of noise in the rooms above us. Two times we had to call the front desk and make them aware, once at 10pm then it went away for awhile , and then again at 3:30am which woke both of up and continued for a couple of hours making it impossible to go back to sleep. When i discussed it with the clerk when i was checking out, she said "Oh yeah, we've had complaints like that before" and did not seem to care as well as making zero effort of reconciliation. It's too bad because other than the staff's lack of empathy or action, it could have been a nice stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast amenities are excellent. Just wish daily housekeeping was back in fashion.

This was our second, and last, stay here. We thought the stomping from the fooor above us the first time three weeks ago was a one-off thing, but it happened again. The beds & pillow are also uncomfortable. There have to be better places to stay. Absolutely do not recommend, unless maybe you're lucky enough to stay on the top floor (not a pet friendly floor). The only positives are that it is dog friendly, the staff were nice and it's convenient.

i liked that this hotel is pet friendly and has a nice area to take your pet to the restroom. The only thing i did not like was that the bathroom had a smell in the shower

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The front desk lady was friendly and informative. Bed was comfortable and even though there was noise outside I still slept well.

There were a few maintenance issues with one of the rooms for our group. The pool was not heated, which we thought was odd for an indoor pool.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was very easy to get to and from the surrounding areas. Also, the staff was nice. And the breakfast was good enough. Our daughter loves the homemade waffles. We got to the hotel at 2pm and was told not only was our room not ready, we would have to pay a fee to check in early. Wait, what? I've never had to pay a fee to check into a hotel early, especially only an hour before the actual check in time. So we had to find something to do for an hour, after driving for 5 hours. Before I had even booked the room, I called to make sure the pool and hot tub worked. I was assured it did. That was the sole reason for booking this hotel. Upon actually checking in, I was told the heater in the pool was broken. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was lukewarm. Our daughter was so disappointed. Luckily there's a new aquatic center in Medford. The room was good enough. The beds felt old and we rolled towards the middle when there was two of us. But it was clean-ish. It had flooring instead of carpet (we had a pet friendly room, so not sure if that's the norm). The 2nd night we were there, the people above us would not stop running or jumping. And then doors opening and slamming. I called the front desk around 9pm, but it didn't do any good. I think it stopped around 10-10:30 and started up again at 6am. It was the same the next night. I know that's a person problem, not a hotel problem, but still. Overall, disappointing.

I want to like this hotel, but it suffers from a shoddy build. The walls are paper thin and not insulated for noise at all so you can hear everything happening in your neighbors room, or outside the building. Everything. This is an industrial area so there are work vehicles of all shapes and sizes at all hours, which would not be a problem if the building was built properly to function as a hotel. Breakfast was pretty sad as well; they always are, but this was worse.

I liked the breakfast, it was good. Plenty of things to choose from. Entrance and hallways were nicely colored and decorated. It was quiet to stay there. The check-in was ok. The person we had acted like we were bothering her. The hot tub didn't work and we said something and they said they reported it 2 weeks ago and it still isn't fixed. Dead plants by the pool.

Staff is always nice and helpful. The only thing is the bathroom is a little tired looking and the sink drain was really slow. Otherwise, everything was great despite lobby construction.

This place is under construction and the despite what I was told originally it’s not just a different insurance to get into the check-in place. The elevator was not working. There was construction debris everywhere to get to the pool. You have to go outside and go all the way around to where the pool and spa. The hot tub smelt strongly of urine dog urine. If you know the scent, the pool area needed serious improvements. It looked absolutely filthy. The room itself appeared to be pretty clean, but when I pulled back the sheets, they were black spots all over them. This is a great opportunity on this road trip for me to use my sleep sack, which I’ve never felt compelled to use before, but still drag around everywhere. Otherwise I would not have felt comfortable being near that bed. I’ve took plenty of pictures. I paid early for an early check-in because I was desperate to shower and change and it was noon. Three hours before the check in time after I pay this fee I was informed about the limited continental breakfast now and they see limited they actually really mean limited not just no waffles, but there was nowhere to sit down because all the construction crew used it to sit down as well so there was absolutely nowhere to sit. So after dragging suitcase up and down three floors because the elevator was not working. And I was not told this until after check-in and no free coffee either because of all the construction again I kept being formed how beautiful it would be after.

The location is fine, and the hotel seemed in great shape. Room was comfy, but woke up with bites all over my ankles. This was on night two. Night one, I jsut slept under the comforter, and night two, I was under the sheet. this is where the issue seemed to come from. Cant say for sure, but sure seemed like bugs of some kind. When I went to check out, another customer and I waited for about 6-8 mins for someone to come to the front desk, and never say anyone. Breakfast was decent, not the best, and not the worst.
