Excellent front desk team!

Check - in with Megan was so easy and she is really nice and supportive, she helped arrange our roll-away bed without any problem, and we were all checked in pronto. Trinity was also very nice and friendly, had a big smile and can-do attitude, A wonderful hotel, will be coming back here again and again. :)

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. If I were to be back in the area, I would stay there again.

Room key cards failed three times and had to be replaced. Exposed nails on a room hanger resulted in torn skin, blood and bandages.

Got the most expensive suite. Very disappointed. SPARSE describes Everyting about it. Bare walls , no artwork. Cheap, small TV with speakers like a cell phone. No bottles of water or snacks. NOISY at he traffic end of the building , noise all night. A strandard room would have been better.

I loved my stay at this hotel everyone was so kind and friendly here the place is in a great location not too far from the national parks or nature walks the room was clean and organized will definitely stay again it’s also family friendly
