Clean room and staff,friendly staff

Everything! Make sure you find time for the pool. I was a solo traveller. This property was super clean, accommodating, excellent location.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. They easily communicated in either French or English. The hotel is easily accessible and has lots to offer in the area. Also close to restaurants. Will most definitely stay there in the future.

The hotel was bare bones. No restaurant, just an area where they charged $15 per for cereal and a hard boiled egg. The hotel was next to the highway for easy on and off access. Too expensive for what you get. You can stay in Quebec City for less.

Beautiful hotel, beds are very comfortable. In room coffee was lovely. Staff were excellent.

The staff was very helpful, the one thong that was annoying was all night there was a nocking noise. It was as if someone was nocking on a door all night. the hotel needs more car chargers, the two you have are fine and type is fine for overnight, but right now the cars that start in the evening are there in the morning blocking the rest of us EV drivers to have to go else where for recharging.

Nous avons été dérangé par les deux chambres près de la nôtre au 8e étage à partir de 5h30 le matin. Fermeture de portes de chambre à répétition et cris dans le corridor.

Un restaurant serait rendre l’endroit parfait et lenprix du dejeuner raport qualite prix etait ordinnaire

Endroit à même le centre des congrès dans un quartier très bien
