Older hotel in great location

Great room with an amazing view.

Great experience. Lovely clean room and warm and gracious staff. So convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Very lovely place that made my 40th birthday special. Couldn’t appreciate the above and beyond service and surprise cake and champagne I received. Would 100% recommend and encourage all to stay here

My wife and I stayed at Eurostars Das Letras for a 4 night break to Lisbon. We selected the hotel because it is located a little way outside the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. It is on a steep hill but so is everything else in Lisbon. There was some building work opposite which did cause some noise but only in the day and didn’t cause any disruption. The staff are very professional and helpful and our room was a good size and clean. It’s also worth noting that the Koppu Ramen Izakaya restaurant opposite the hotel is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel

Room was quiet and comfortable with good amenities. Washcloths are provided, which is unusual for Europe. Hot water in the shower was good enough at the maximum setting, but could have been a little hotter. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items. Mobility-impaired people should be aware that the walk from the nearby Metro station is short but fairly steep.
