It was different than the La Quinta in Jacksonville in that every things was working and and everything was clean. I was so disappointed in the La Quinta in Jacksonville I had planned on never staying at any of them from now on.

Great breakfast setup

I stayed with my 9 year old daughter and felt unsafe as there were many truckers loitering and watching us in the parking area. When I tried to cancel the second night of stay I was not allowed to and had to pay even though I did not stay there.

The area was nice. Free breakfast 6-9am daily if you were awake in time. Coffee,tea and oatmeal 24 hour. Crackle Barrel gas and route 95 1mile from the hotel. Pool had great hours and pizza could be delivered right to pool area and hotel no charge. Did say daily room service but not true. Every other day. We did have a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room which was great.

Never anyone at the front desk, breakfast was cold, lots of loud noise coming from other rooms.

Hotel is the middle of a big field with an adjoining parking lot full of tractor trailers with flood lights on full blast all night. Breakfast sucked and toilet in my room backed up

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was normal Motel self serve buffet which was fine. No ice machines working so had to go to lobby each time to get ice from reception clerk. Had a leak in bathroom causing floor to always be wet. Stayed on 4th floor...hallway carpet is showing signs of age.

Nice place to stay

The Spanish Blonde lady was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was so delicious! The only issue I had was my view for my room but it wasn’t such a big deal to the fact we had access to the pool , laundry and free breakfast! Will highly comeback !!

This hotel was average. The thing that I disliked was that we weren't told that the side door leading to the pool area was broken so we went out and got locked out. Good thing I had my cellphone in my hand because I had to call the front desk to get her to come and physically let us back in. It was at this point that we were informed about the broken door, which we should have been told upon check in. When i called to tell them i was locked outside in the pool area, I was immediately put on hold for about 5mins and I know thats a short time but anything could have happened and i was never asked could I hold on

I had to change rooms due the toilet not working, the phone didn't work. I think the hotel was recently renovated and that room had not been completed.

Clean, but stark. Staff was indifferent and not friendly.

The ice machine was broken and never fixed, our door was not closing properly and we advised the property agents several times and no fix

Although the staff was kind The property seems unkept Our room door wouldn’t close properly and they didn’t have another room to move us to, so we had to lift the door to close it and we were worried it would get stuck Our curtains were broken and the light shined in early in the morning The ice machine was broken throughout our stay and they barely had any ice to accomodate the guests They did not have change to be able to use the laundry machines It was super humid despite the loud air conditioner Really terrible would not recommend

Only issue I had was the limited parking.

Front desk employee was very warm. Property and room were clean.
