Super clean, friendly staff! The location is excellent.

Have been going to this hotel for many years. Always feel at home, The staff is lovely. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking is ample and easy. Our dog was very happy.

A great property for our one night stay whilst driving between locations and free, secure parking was a welcome plus. Spacious rooms plus very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing

Everything we needed for a 2 night stay in Biella. Staff were so friendly, everything was clean and well presented. Breakfast included with decent options . Only tiny downside was the lack of choice on the first morning even though we arrived at 8am and it was open 7-10am. Next day we made sure to get there for 7am and there was more food out. Exercise room was a bonus and better than some hotels who advertise a fully equipped gym!

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom. They have it all.

Very nice hotel in a fab location, comfortable rooms and good sized bathrooms. Unfortunately the roof top restaurant ws closed for dinners but was open for a buffet breakfast which was delicious and plenty full. Our stay was spoiled by an electrical failure in the middle of the night which caused the room electric to shut down. No door locks window blinds or AC and a loud clicking noise as the fuse boards in the cupboard to switch on and off. The whole floor was effected. Such a shame as would have liked to stay longer but due to lack of sleep just had to leave....

First class hotel with excellent customer service.

Staff is professional with high quality of service. Certainly recommend for this reason. Property is ok, plain clean room but nothing more. Parking is free. Will consider to go back.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent food. Overall our time is Biella was wonderful.

The hotel is fine, and has a nice parking underground. The breakfast is very nice. Staff is excellent. The only problem is that internet keeps asking for a code at random times, turns on and off, unstable, very difficult to do any work on internet. It would be better to simply have a wifi password and then wifi stays stable.

This hotel was not exactly a palace, but the rooms were spacious, newly renovated and very clean.

Have been using this hotel for years. Large rooms with super comfortable beds. Excellent breakfasts with lots of attention to people with gluten- and lactose-free needs. The staff couldn’t be nicer. A very professional operation from top to bottom.
