We really enjoyed our stay. The location was Within Reach of our venue. Very friendly staff.

I checked in online and selected a room on the same floor as my family members. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room on another floor. I questioned this, and was told that they had given my requested room to someone else. I am not sure what the point of online check in and a room request is if no one acknowledges it. The room that I was given was nice, but the bathroom had a leaky toilet and the water handle in the bathtub had multiple issues, including a constant drip.

Good customer service and nice hotel. Would recommend

It was good but I left my pillow there and I’m sad😢

Disappointed that there at no USB ports in the room. There some kind of water leak around the AC unit.
