service was terrible constant tip to get room clean. TRS butler took over after 3 days and helped a lot. Site service completely different experience from TRS direct last time. Use direct access to hotel for booking

Ray, our butler, was extremely helpful, friendly and hooked us up with the best experiences during our stay. Delores helped us every day at the pool and made us feel like family. Daniel, who checked us in, was also very helpful during our stay whenever we had questions. Shakiro and Lenny were helpful at the pool and made us feel very welcome. The fitness class I took was fun and the photographers at the pool were also fun.

Could not have asked for a better honeymoon location! It was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. So tranquil and relaxing.

I booked this vacation to celebrate my bestfriend birthday and we had a blast. The pool was a vibe, Angel at the lobby bar was amazing, the cabaret show was awesome ( must do) and we also did bebe party boat on a catamaran ( boat was a little outdated but staff was great). Overall great trip and my friend had a memorable birthday.

We spent 5 nights at TRS Turquesa Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking through Expedia made everything simple — flights and hotel info all in one place. The standout of our stay was our butler, Randy, who was personable from the moment we met him. He checked in every morning with a detailed itinerary that included weather updates, classes, and food recommendations across the resort. He arranged dinner reservations that matched the vibe we were looking for and helped us feel completely at home. He even pointed us in the right direction for excursions — Juan Carlos helped us book an amazing buggy tour through Adventure Boogie the same day! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as described. Housekeeping was thorough, and the minibar was personalized to our preferences. We felt safe the entire time and cared for in every way. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, but Luiyi and Kendoll made the rum tasting a highlight — fun, interactive, and very informative about local products. The Palladium motto is that they treat you like “familia,” and it showed in every interaction. The price reflects the experience — you get what you pay for, and in this case, it was absolutely worth it. We’re already talking about coming back and would love to explore other Palladium properties. Highly recommend TRS Turquesa for a luxury, adult-only escape.

This resort was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and we loved our time there. Our butler, Edward, truly helped make the experience magical for my girlfriend and I (we were celebrating her 30th Birthday), and I have the UTMOST gratitude and thanks to Edward for all of his help. Before I begin - I almost did not book this resort due to the 3-5 year old YouTube video reviews I saw online. Those videos are Extremely out of date, and this resort totally shines in everything it does! Customer Service: The Customer Service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYONE! To name a few people that truly made an impact on our stay for the absolute betterment of it are: Edward, Tony, Albert (or Albessard), Sandy, William, and Cindy. There were many other people, but I did not get all of their names. Rooms: We Stayed in the Jacuzzi Terrace Suite Beachside. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Had a ton of space to relax in the room for days we wanted to unwind. It overlooked the Adults only pool, so we could relax with a drink. It had its own outside jacuzzi that has jets that run (just rinse it out first prior to getting in - like all jacuzzi tubs anywhere). The room was absolutely amazing. The only problem that we had that got resolved very quickly was the toilet. During mid-morning, our toilet would not flush. We contacted Edward (our butler), and we had maintenance come a fix the toilet within 30 minutes - 1 hour (which was no problem for us). character limit reached

We had a great stay at TRS turquesa. Our butler Rodny was exceptional! He was attentive, helpful, and supplied all our needs! The only complaint about the resort is the hard beds. Please get softer beds.

Resort was amazing with a ton of restaurants for you to try. Our favorites were the Italian and French restaurants. The service was top notch and our concierge Rodny was very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He helped make our stay easy and relaxing. I would definitely come back again.

Rodny, our butler was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Dolores was a wonderful human who works serving drinks around the pool, and I will forever remember her beautiful, easy smile and wonderful attitude. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and wonderful, and we definitely are working on figuring out how to make another trip back! The people are what make this resort absolutely top notch. :)
