The rooms were clean, small but location was convenient. The staff were very courteous and very helpful, they showed us what to check out etc.

Room was pleasant with a river view. I thought I had booked a double bed but the room had twin singles and we were told no double was available. Hotel didn’t seem especially busy but perhaps it was booked up.

Easy walking distance to old city without enduring high tourists and traffic. Parking on site a big plus, staff helpful and friendly.

Very nice business hotel but not convenient to the tourist area. It’s by the river but you cannot actually get to the river walk.

Great location just 10 mins walk from the old town . Friendly and helpful staff in all depts. nice size clean room with good shower pressure. Very very uninspiring pool and gym area unfortunately give the hotel a “ it’s here because it has to be “ not a genuine offer for guests pleasure. Didn’t have breakfast but the bar area was small but adequate with lovely staff . I would stay again.

Pool is not suitable for small kids.

Amazing experience at this hotel. We stayed for two nights. Breakfast was great and had GF options for our celiac daughter.

When arrived to the room the bathroom had a a strong smell of pee and you can also notice hair around. Everything else was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dona Ines. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect walking distance to city center and the staff was very friendly. The hotel offers a free drink if you forego the daily cleaning which we took them up on. We will definitely look for NH hotels in the future. Two suggestions: First, if you offer a free drink for forgoing the daily cleaning, maybe having enough coffee and creamer in the room for more than one day. Second, we stayed there for two nights. The woman manning the front desk both days was obviously ill, watery eyes running nose. When asked if she hopefully had allergies, she said no she had a cold. If she had to come to work for whatever reason, maybe have her do some filing until she feels better.
