Edu move staff. Loved that is a small hotel and that is in the middle of Rome. It gives the feeling of a boutique hotel vs a traditional one. What I didn’t like was the bathroom having the shower very small and the mosaics need to be replaced to clean the rusty grouts and chipped pieces. The amenities were not good - only a shower gel and shower cap. No shampoo, no conditioner, no body cream. I recommend it for a boutique experience but bring your own amenities and don’t expect a nice bathroom.

Hotel Locando Cairoli is a beautiful cozy hotel in a wonderful neighborhood in Rome. It is very clean and well decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make guests comfortable. It feels like home away from home. I will gladly stay here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Everywhere is walkable but there are also tram and bus options. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, we loved the unique decor, interesting pictures and objects in this small hotel.

Location, quality, and staff were amazing. The rooms were small but that is to be expected for this location. The rooms are quaint and there's coffee and refreshment in the room (drinks have a separate charge)

The room was very clean, they cleaned it every day and the staff were very nice. Excellent location, mid point to all major tourist spots. Cafe across the street for coffee every morning was excellent.

I was expecting a real 4 stars hotel, I give it only 2 stars...

I liked this property. It was a short walk to pretty much everywhere I wanted to see, particularly Trastevere, Campo, and Piazza Navona area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely staff, great location. Unfortunately, the beds are made of concrete. My back is broken. There's also a late night tram running past the window. 😴

Lovely hotel very close to train/bus.

Bed is a little too firm but the room was more spacious than other areas in Europe.

Great location and the small plaza outside of the hotel was a nice perk in this busy part of Rome.

This property was in the center of everything! Staff were very helpful. Furnishings were beautiful. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Transportation options were minutes away. Taxi’s were always outside our door if you did not walk. The breakfast was family style and VERY plentiful. We were given cappuccino’s every morning too!! Hot showers and daily housekeeping to top it all off! We will stay again!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location. Room was small but cozy. Value for money. Also the staff are very nice
