Clean room

Room had no hot water in the shower.

Room was good, being on ground floor where we could bring our bags in through the sliding door of our room was a plus. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions.

Our Feb. 1 room was booked about 2 weeks prior. With a correction by my partner , I then registered Feb. 2 room. We needed a room with a King Sized Bed ( have 7 sons and for those years, it was queen sized bed). We arrived early on Feb 1 to see if we could make 1 room with no transfers to the Feb2 room. The clerk was exceedingly helpful. Back at 3 and there was one room for two. The young clerk was very helpful

Staff was great! Room was clean. Sketchy people outside that we know they cant control. Pool was cold but it was -16 outside so no one can blame them. Breakfast can use some work.

The room was clean and the staff very courteous. I screwed up on the reservation for Feb 1 when it should have been Feb 1 and 2. . The you lady at the desk on Sunday was extremely helpful. I had reserved 2 rooms with a kingsize bed but they were different. They were joined and we did not have to move.. The staff are excellent persons.. As for kingsize, we managed on Queen Size bed to have 7 sons. but we need king size, today.

Room conditions are not bad, pool and a simple small breakfast is provided. Staffs are friendly.

Staff were all friends. Pool area was cold and water temps were awful. Breakfast was lacking.

Its just a good hotel for a good price. Ive .ever had a complaint the multiple times Ive stayed with my kids.

Friendly staff, however the room was extremely cold despite turning up the temperature.

First off, the staff was very nice. They did their best but check in was very late. Did the online at 10:30 am and still our room wasn’t ready till after 5pm. The TV was broken when we got in the room. The pool was freezing. It was just a frustrating experience overall.
