Poor reception specially at check out. They asked for extra bed fees while our reservation includes room for three guests with breakfast. And it was clear in the reservation that the room is fully paid except the city tax which we have to pay at the hotel. We showed the reception guy our booking details but he didn’t listen. Its our 3rd hotel in Czech and no one asked for this extra fees since we pre-paid the reservation by expedia while booking time .

The perfect place for a spa weekend with friends!

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my stay near Prague. This hotel was close to the city, it was very clean and staff was really friendly and patient with my questions as it was my first time in the Czech Republic. They helped me figure out the best time to visit certain sights in the city, best time to dodge traffic and navigate to where I wanted to go, amongst many other helpful things. I really loved the area around the hotel where I could walk around. I highly recommend this place to everyone and hope to stay here again when I visit Prague.

The hotel is located at a far away distance from city Centre. Staff were indifferent in their behavior, the lady at the front desk seemed little confused. The breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and tidy. Overall average experience

The grounds were beautiful and the overall stay way such a wonderful contrast from the noise of Prague city center. I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve ever had at their wellness center. Food was delicious.

The hotel is an interesting old building although not especially large. The grounds are limited in size but there is some woodland very close by but not clearly signposted. It required a bus ride followed by metro to get to the city centre which took about half an hour and cost about £1 each way. Very little to do in the immediate area. The food was excellent although limited options for vegetarians for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet and excellent. There is no lounge area for relaxing and no bar snacks. Limited drinks options. Spa facility is not included and not communal. 10%-15% discount for hotel guests for spa and restaurant. Rooms are cleaned every day. Apples and fresh water provided in rooms and reception. Staff are helpful and polite when approached. All speak English well.

Place was very nice. The grounds are immaculate. I did not utilize the spa and massage, but the space was very inviting. Buffet breakfast was fine. The shower is small. That’s a European thing. I received a voucher for a complimentary drink from the bar. They offer a full mini bar in the room and complimentary water. The bottle containing the water is a St. Havel personalized glass bottle that is available for sale. It makes a grey souvenir. I would stay there again.

A fantastic property with an amazing restaurant on property we selected because of the wellness facilities, air conditioning, and free parking. Unfortunately the A/C unit in our room was not up to the task and we needed to open the windows to get fresh air, however with the close proximity to the highway, railway, and smoking area out back our night's sleep was not as peaceful as we hoped. Also was surprised that there was a fee associated with the wellness as it had been included with our previous wellness hotel.

What a gem of a hotel. Tucked away from the tourist throng of the city center with plenty of parking, an excellent restaurant, bar and wellness facilities too. My room was well furnished and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and prepared to a superb standard. I cannot daily the hotel at all. The staff were helpful and charming. Access to the city is easy (a 10 minute taxi/Uber) and cheap. Access was so easy, I drove in from Brno and the hotel is 5 minutes from the highway.

Super friendly staff, booked a room with 3 beds, they didn't have it but offer us 2 rooms free of charge. The restaurant and spa was excellent. Free parking.

Quick and friendly, professional staff

Nice hotel, good restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms could do with some airing out on a more regular basis, but for the price it’s very good value. Good breakfast selection, and very convient location next to motorway, which does have some noise obviously. The private spa is nice for couples, beit it at extra costs
