Good location if you have work in the canal zone, and close to Albrook Airport

I like because it is close to the places I needed to go.

I chose this property as I wanted to be close to Miraflores Locks. I was not disappointed with my decision with the selection of the hotel. The property itself was very impressive, clean and well maintained. The hotel room as well as the Lobby area was very pleasing. Most importantly the staff - Fransisco, Bianca made me feel welcome and well attended to . Will surely stay here during my next visit

It's exactly what I need for an overnight on business, or if I want to rest the night before an international flight.

Convenient location, great view of the Panama Canal. Friendly staff.

The room was clean like new. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was soothing with good hot water. The cafe food was excellent and the choices were many. The staff was excellent, especially Astrid at the front desk and Mayia in the restaurant and coffee shop.

One of the best beds I have slept in a hotel.

El hotel esta muy limpio y con un excelente staff. Gracias especial a Heidi en el front desk por su esmerada atención siempre que visitamos el hotel. La unica queja que tengo del hotel es que el desayuno no es muy bueno. Hoy, nada de lo que se supone que estuviese caliente, lo estaba. En todos los demas aspectos, el servicio es excelente

The hotel was nice, and staff was great, but a bit noisy there by the railway. The lobby smells too strongly of deodorizer. It's very overwhelming. Some of the food was mediocre, but some good; the coffee very good. The water wasn't very hot in the shower, unfortunately. It was warm, but not hot enough. We were only there for 2 nights, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door and when I returned at the end of the day, I discovered that housekeeping came in anyway to clean the room. I was upset about that and I gently complained in the survey they sent me after the first night. They were quick to apologize and actually apologized a few times over the next day. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, however, because it's too noisy when we tried to sleep.

I loved the view of the Panama Canal.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. From front desk, dining and housekeeping. Very professional. The rooms are in excellent condition. The hotel is near 5-6 restaurants and cafes. The shopping mall 10 minutes away and the Panama Canal 5 minutes. The view from the room looks out over the Canal, as ships pass through. Bueno.
