AC sending extraterrestrial signals whilst it was off. Fire alarm latch frequently emitted intrusive sounds. Disturbing noises through the wall near the bed with random booming noise from the headboard at night.

Brilliant breakfast choices.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel, room and breakfast were lovely. The only negative was the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Great location. Would recommend and visit again.

Convenient for town. Staff were very welcoming. Starting to look a little 'tired' tho - stained carpets in communal area,and stained furniture in the room. Pretty good breakfast choices, to include non-dairy milks. Maybe more healthy cereal options and freshfruit toppings.

Right opposite big eating area with plenty of options. Very pleasant experience with staff and room in general. Will definitely stay again.

Parking was external but not too far Breakfast was ok not a lot of options nor any staff checking you paid I found this disappointing as we could have not paid and walked straight into breakfast

Great staff. Hotel is ok for the night. Breakafast place collapsed during the morning period. The place is really small

Absolutely terrible experience. It was not two full beds. It was a bed and a sofa couch that was terrible. The pool was not on the property and the hours for kid swim were limited. We got back late, found dried blood and crumbs in the sofa bed. No one picked up downstairs. I told Expedia and the hotel denied it- but I took photos.

Very good breakfast, and overall not bad but once again having specifically booked a twin room I was only offered a double; why can't you ever get this right? (My wife has a machine to help her breathing at night and a double is very difficult for us BOTH to sleep). The car parking is extra cost and NOT on site but just down the road, a lot to ask for people lugging suitcases etc. Also, we couldn't use the restaurant as there was a "function" on that night, and we were given no advanced notice of that. Lastly, there are two lifts but with one out of order all the time we were there it meant a long wait or the stairs; not impressive.
