Room, staff, and hotel were excellent. The noise from passing flights was extremely loud though

Great atmosphere. Large, comfortable room. Super friendly staff. A few minutes drive from the airport.

Room was very clean. Staff were fabulous and friendly. Food was outstanding and the surroundings were beautiful. Bed was comfortable but for me the pillow was too shallow.

Sadly this hotel seems to be run on a shoestring, mainly caused by a shortage of staff but those present were excellent and bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable

Lovely location and looks beautiful, Last time stayed in one of the rooms in the out building and was perfect. Don’t think a room in the house is an upgrade. Signal on tv awful had to turn it off On a cold night was boiling hot and could not amend. The rooms inside could do with being brought up to the standard of the outbuilding rooms

Nice hotel, close to the airport

Nice hotel. I have stayed several times and find it clean and comfortable Parking on site too.

The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, but the television set was iffy

Very much under the Stansted flight path to the extent they supply earplugs but that means convenient for early flights. Also well geared towards weddings with beautiful manor and grounds

The welcome was great, Poppy upgraded us to a newly renovated room, which was a lovely gesture and the room was great

Good location, decent price for my stay, breakfast not too bad, but an additional cost of £12.50. Under Stansted flight path, which didn’t bother me too much, but something to consider
