Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!

Pleasant and comfortable

Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Asked hotel if the nightclub was operational due to previous bad reviews. They promised me it was closed but on friday and saturday night it was fully functioning till early hours of the morning.

A great place to escape the rain and get a massage while riding my motorcycle from the north of sweden

Not worth what we had to pay. Hotel parking always full (very small, cramped parking space). No air A/C in the room, and no A/C in the bathroom. Shower in a bath thub. Good breakfast.

Prisvärt och väldigt bra spa! Bor ofta här i Östersund :)

Trevligt men det var några saker som inte fungerade på rummet. Trasig lampa, gick inte att stänga av tv:n t.ex. annars bra.
