The hotel is located near all the restaurants and minutes from Walmart.

Rooms are flawless and the front desk is a step above the rest.

Second room as a part of my holiday stay for Thanksgiving and it was a great experience overall. From checking out to checking back in, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. My second room was better than the first so moving forward, I’ll choose that style in the future. Room was clean, updated and comfortable.

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was just okay, location wise on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness issue (trash leftover in can in living area) and a little outdated in the shower area, but overall, my stay was very comfortable and convenient. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable beds! That is about the most important thing to me! Brought two grandkids and had plenty room for pack and play and all the gear!

Nice property nothing special

We were disappointed in our stay. Although the lobby appeared quite clean, the room itself did not. The shower walls were dirty, the shower curtain was torn at the top where the curtain hung from the rod so the floor got super wet when showering. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was a huge "water" stain underneath the bathroom sink and the floor was sticky. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was supposed to be newly remodeled. But the elevator was broken. Using the stairs 3 flights up only to discover your room key doesn't work was exhausting. The room key stopped working about 4 different times over the span of 4 days. And it was really expensive to stay for all the problems.

Place seems to have gone down hill. No body wash in the dispenser. Breakfast was not as good as it used to be.
