Great apart hotel, in a very good location for exploring Bordeaux. Close to supermarket/shopping centre. Also very good for catching the tram to and from the station or airport. It was really handy having cooking facilities in our room, and also having a fridge freezer to keep our food and drinks cool throughout our stay. All the staff we had contact with during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if and when we go back to Bordeaux.

We didn’t eat breakfast there, no coffee maker in the room, even though there was a kitchenette. Had to pay for it in the breakfast room downstairs.

This is a delightful hotel in a great position - close to the action, but just far enough away to be quiet. And handy to the bus stop for the station. The reception was efficient, professional and welcoming and the room super-stylish. The bathroom has a light-up mirror, which you don't see every day. Loved that. Thoroughly recommend

Really enjoyed the Aparthotel in Bordeaux. Was an excellent location, you are left alone to come and go as you please and the rooms are great. Price good too. Only downside was the gym which was a little limited and had a low ceiling

Great option for families or people needing a bit more space on the edge of the city centre. Staff were super helpful, the studio room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints.

Wonderful staff. Our stay was lovely and comfortable in a great location, but what set this visit apart for us was that on the 3rd day our daughter was taken ill. The staff were so helpful, understanding and caring. Highly recommend as a great no-frills affordable hotel with wonderful staff.

Appartement un peu petit pour 4 personnes. Divan lit peu confortable. Climatisation insuffisante surtout en canicule à cause des restrictions écologiques. Par contre localisation excellente à quelques pas du Vieux Bordeaux. Même si ce n'est pas un hôtel luxueux, la qualité de l'accueil par vos réceptionnistes mérite 5 étoiles. Ils prennent bien le temps de renseigner les clients et répondent attentivement à leurs besoins. Bravo pour vos employés.

Excellent location. Excellent quality and service.

Plenty of counter space. Poor wifi signal. Kitchenette was completely equipped. Cozy balcony view. Maybe it was a fluke, but the apartment floor was a little sticky. Having laundry facility within the hotel is very convenient. Laundry room could use more washers/dryers, or at least have machine take non-token payment forms. Location: Lots of grocery stores nearby. Signage was very good. I had no difficulty finding the hotel. Staff: Friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay. The property is in a very good location - a short walk to the old town, and very close to the airport tram. The room was an excellent size and fairly well equipped with all necessities for an apartment. Some parts of the room felt a bit old; and noise travels fairly easily from other rooms. Overall a great stay!

Good place, friendly staff. Other than a towel exchange difficulty in the day management set it to happen, no major issues. Would stay there again.

Average hotel as there are pros and cons to this place. The pro’s: great location to the old town. Walking distance to mane restaurants, shops and museums as well as the Mieradeck shopping mall. The rooms are large and spacious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The con’s: AC is advertised however you cannot control the temperature. It only goes from 22-24 degrees and we are used to sleeping in 16-18 at night so it was hot at night. The laundry facilities are small for such a large hotel, only 2 washers and one dryer. Not practical if washing more than one load. Depending on your upstairs neighbors, walls are thin so it will sound like they are moving furniture early in the am.
