This is no longer a 4* property. The rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The cleanliness is fine for the rooms and what I generally seen around the rest of the complex. We used this complex for a stag do. Stag do’s & Hen parties seem to be the main stay of the present business. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The entertainment was ok but not necessarily to my taste. I didn’t eat in the complex so I can’t comment about the restaurant.

Good location

We came for the Northern Soul event for the first time. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and good value for money. The position of the hotel was great with an easy walk to the old town. Staff were excellent all round. Loved our room overlooking the avenue with the sun streaming in. Happy days. Thankyou we will be back .

As it was off season not all facilities were active. Enjoyable stay an great location

A large complex. Our studio was adequate. The wifi was very intermittent and only really worked in the bathroom. The cable channels offered very little in english and pictures broke up regularly. Staff did attend quickly to any requests. This was a budget holiday so I guess you get what you pay for and did represent decent value for money

It has good location and a nice outdoor pool

The property is well located (10 min walk from new town, 15 from old town) and the staff were friendly however it is in serious need of renovations. While it was practically ok, the rooms and corridors were very dull and basic. Good for a family holiday

Convenient and close to everything.

I liked the reception and bar service. The cleaning was not so good as the last time I stayed in Paraiso . However Paraiso us my favourite ,when I want holiday in Albufeira .

Situated between the new town and old town whuch were approx 1km away. Facilities onsite were excellent.

the location was great, 20 minutes walk into the old town or twenty minute walk down to the strip, shopping nearby very good

Arrived very late at night and our room was very unclean (pubic hairs in bathroom, dirty bedding sheets and a unclean kitchen) also had a strong smell of cigar smoke, and loud music from the bar below this was at 1am. After complaining to the reception we were told there was no manager on until the morning so eventually the following day got moved. Next room was slightly better but not the cleanest room I've stayed in. Also my partner had an accident on the baloncy falling through the plastic balcony chair hurting his back and the only apology we got was a fruit basket. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

All staff friendly & welcoming. Peaceful place with all surroundings close by

Overall hotel is good value. only slight negatives were the cleanliness of rooms, seemed as if cleaner only gave it a very quick once over, and the pool area had some very drunk people towards the end of the day and these people were not spoken to or controlled by any staff.

Hotel is very good but the rooms need updating and the evening entertainment could be improved

In need of desperate refurbishment & lots of maintenance, pool VERY cold not heated, NOT enough sun beds and you have to pay for lounger cushions!!!! Remember to get up early and reserve your sunbed , as no rules apply , they leave from 6.30am onwards , how crazy !!!
