Cosy ,comfortable hotel with friendly Staff

Brilliant Halloween trip can’t fault 1 thing would recommend

Very nice cafe and lounge area. Good food, good service. My only complaint would be the limited number of comfortable tables in the lounge. Ie., the lounge is very nice for just lounging and having a drink, but there aren’t enough regular tables for eating dinner. They should allow customers to use the cafe tables.

Quelle chance de pouvoir dormir dans ce mythique hôtel. L’hôtel avec ses tapis bleu nous donne l’impression d’être dans un autre temps. Quoi que très bien entretenu. Nous avions une chambre de grandeur régulière avec une grade salle de bain avec un bain à pattes qui était d’une grandeur incroyable et que j’ai adoré. Que dire du petit déjeuner… OMG, on passe ici de la possibilité d’un déjeuner à la carte typiquement Irlandais… oui oui, un gros déjeuner traditionnel irlandais en y ajoutant, à notre guise, fruits variés, scones, juifs, céréales, smoothies, yogourts, et j’en passe. L’ajout de distributeur d’eau filtrée sur une étage est aussi un plus. Mais que dire du personnel tellement gentil et accueillant, les Irlandais sont des gens tellement accueillants et généreux. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. Merci à tout le personnel du Headfort Arms

Great hotel in town great staff .food and well priced

Was booked for a wedding in this hotel and had to stay the night before due to travel, to say the staff went above and beyond for us is an understatement couldn't of been more helpful ! Hotel itself is homely and friendly , really enjoyed the fact the hotel had a separate bar attached so gave an even more relaxed feel to it. 10/10 would recommend !

A bit disjointed , restaurant was a cafe but you ordered from table . In the morning we were directed to cafe for breakfast, which was for nonresidents. When we eventually overheard somebody saying residents breakfast was in another part of hotel. The breakfast was very good and staff were great.

Beautiful Hotel - Rooms, Food and Service

Super hotel with a personal / family run feeling. Second time I have stayed. Really comfy, with a good overnight rate. Also, as a solo female traveller I also felt very secure and safe

The staff is very kind and generous with their time. Excellent dinner and breakfast! We stayed only one night but wish we would have booked for more.

This is a lovely, centrally-located hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nicely appointed. We had dinner in the pub, and breakfast in the restaurant, and both were delicious!

Lovely hotel in centre of kells for tourists etc

A good work trip, staying in Kells again. Lovely hotel with a great buzz. Can't believe how busy it is ! Had an unfortunate experience without any heating in my room, but the staff brought up a portable radiator for me. One of those things tbh. Breakfast next door is great - make sure you book that for sure. Oh, and the Ceaser Salad with King Prawns is magnificent.

Great location in centre of Kells with convenient secure parking to the rear of the hotel. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable in the newer rear block of the hotel. Our only small gripe was that the hallways and the rooms were far too hot for our liking! At least we could easily adjust the temperature in our room. Although we did not have time to experience lunch or dinner it appears to be popular with locals as the restaurant and bar were busy when we passed through. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay there again.
