Continental Breakfast was excellent both days, property was very clean, staff members pleasant, friendly and helpful

staff, amenities, the room itself were all fine. My room was 5th floor and it took a very very long time to get hot water, and we're not talking January or February, my stay was 7/31, and 8/1. Also the bed was too soft for my taste and I slept horribly, and thirdly there was only one ice machine working in the building out of a 6 floor hotel, so when we needed ice we had to go out to the elevators ride down, and then ride back up. otherwise it was a very nice place.

Everything was comfortable.

Amazing girl trip!! Close to Wal Mart Amp. Hotel is nice, quiet and the staff were super friendly. Will stay here next time we visit Rogers!!

Great handicapped parking. Room #409. ADA Mobility, roll-in shower. Bathrooom was very good, except bench was too far from faucet and soap. Roll-in shower chair would be fine. Living room area had love seat and chair, coffee table and tv cabinet. The door from it to bedroom area was definitely an obstacle which should be removed in ADA room. The door to bathroom is awkwardly located, too, and sticks out into walkway by kitchette. Bed height is higher than wheelchairs. Bed skirts should be removed or shortened in ADA room.

This was far below expectations for what I paid for the room, the sheets on the bed had holes in them, there was a stain running down the wall that I can only imagine what it likely was, and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling/rolling back. Very disappointed and when I mentioned those things to the front desk at checkout we were offered a few bottles of water. Definitely would never stay here again!

Nice clean place to stay

Very close to Walmart Amp. Bed was comfortable, quiet hallway, nice breakfast, nice staff. Lots of eating places close by.
