We had a great time there. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Room had many windows and balcony with view, toilet even had bath tub. Tidy and warm. Recommended!

This is more like a hotel room than a hotel, the concierge is right at the front desk, the room is foul and very very tight, the toilet is dirty, ... For this price you can get a lot of much better hotels !! Finally, the images and descriptions on the web and the outside were completely shocking !!! If book room lake view overlooks the roof and electricity will be shocked !!!

Cute small hotel in heart of Hanoi, next to Hoang Kiem lake, but first night my AC was licking on bed, was completely wet, big rain was in Hanoi and I asked reception to get umbrella, they agreed, with answers, but to have back" it is nicer way to explain guest that items he borrow should gave back storage on staircase is just scary I was living in harbor 6 years and this just remind me on reason I left it. pithy, this could be nice hotel.

The hotel location is good, the staff are courteous but the rooms are not standard 3-star hotel. Air conditioners and ventilation fans are very noisy
