Very modern; comfortable and clean. Helpful friendly staff

Good place and quiet

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Didn’t try the evening food as we were out but the menu looked appetising.

Dining options in or around the hotel were poor to barely adequate. Lobby staff were excellent and helpful. Proximity to Congress Centre where I attended a conference was excellent.

The room was really comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. The location isnt the greatest if you want to explore Bologna old town, but its about a 20-25 minute walk to Centrale station. But still, the price was very good for the comfort and breakfast

Comfortable room but only one thin pillow per bed. The bathroom would benefit from additional soundproofing. Breakfast was very busy and quite chaotic. Restaurant was ok but pasta servings quite small. Quite expensive for Italy. The walk from the station to the hotel on a Saturday night felt a little unsafe.

Customer service and breakfast excellent . Room was old. The bathroom had a spot , no tissue in the room, the shower needs to be redone . Disappointed by the room.

It is a bit far from the city center but since we like walking we went there on foot. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is plentiful and varied. It is definitely very good for the price. A complimentary bottle of water, tea and kettle in the room would have been nice

Dinner options are limited at the restaurant but the staff cover with their service and positive attitude.

Beautiful, spacious and great rooms! Clean, huge breakfast variety ( American style) and staff attended to our needs while staying at the hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel is near bus stop which makes easy to catch buses. Food was excellent and staff is superb.

The patios are beautiful, its just a 20 minute walk to the old city and the staff were VERY nice and helpful

A little far from city centre, but options to take bus down the street or walk ~40 mins. Was clean and service was helpful when needed. Breakfast included was very nice as well.

Breakfast!!

I booked this hotel as I needed a fridge in my room. However the fridge is just a mini bar filled with drinks to purchase so there was no room in it to put anything in.

Warm welcome, clean room and bathroom, AC worked great, breakfast had a large assortment of fresh fruit, cake, meat, breads etc. There is a nice patio off the bar to relax outside. Everything I needed and very warm people serving at the bar and breakfast. Great stay.

Overall everything was very good. What call my attention is that there’s only 2 irons and iron boards for the entire hotel. You’ll have to ask for it in advance and they give you 30 minutes to use it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the UNAHOTEL in Bologna, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my stay.
