Convenient to amenities and clean rooms and friendly staff.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great with lots of hot water.

Hair dryer shocked me when using it. Luckily staff brought another one. Utinsils are plastic and plates small paper. Its hard to enjoy a breakfast like that. Beds felt like you were rolling towards the middle and duvet kept getting out off the cover. :( Upside.....Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We called to book an stay in Florida but were booked at Slave Lake Canada we tried to cancel but we were told we had to pay for one nights stay we never even left Florida or stayed a single night at the hotel. This is a total fraudulent rip off of two seventy year old customers, and should be illegal I will check with the Attorney Generals office. We were trying to to get out of the path of the hurricane not drive to Canada

Broken elevator and I was placed on the top floor. 4th floor. Only got maid services once in 4 nights. I had to ask for towels. Good things are the breakfast and location.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, the room was clean with no problems or concerns. Enjoyed our stay.
