Arrived late on Christmas Eve all restaurants were closed however David at front desk was accommodating by making us a coffee and croissant with fruit. Thank you for outstanding customer service. Bedroom was perfect for the night comfortable bed with nice bedding.

Clean rooms, courteous and friendly staff

Tuve una experiencia horrible. Al llegar encontré un trapo de limpieza dentro de la pileta del baño y los chocolates de la habitación estaban vencidos, me di cuenta después de probarlos, ya que tenían un sabor desagradable. Además, llegué de noche y, a pesar de haber informado previamente mi horario de llegada, tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos para que me abrieran. Los ruidos y el movimiento de sillas de otras habitaciones se escuchan constantemente, y el desayuno es de muy baja calidad. En general, una estadía muy decepcionante.

Excelente atención, se anticipan a tus requerimientos, te hacen sentir como En casa. Excelente relación costó beneficio para un lugar cómodo, súper bien ubicado (a dos calles del famoso Don Julio) y bien mantenido a pesar de ser un edificio clásico. Será mi lugar de parada para mi próximo viaje a BsAs

Very clean and great staff. I could hear noise from other rooms (specifically other bathrooms), but just have been the specific room. Otherwise, great.

Great location; helpful staff; good breakfast. The room was good, though the deadbolt on the door was not working. I'd recommend that a bathtub mat be provided to avoid falls.

Very well located ,right at the beginning of Palermo Soho district. Within minutes walk to the nearest subway station, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.
