Great base for vistobg Västerås and the surrounding area

I liked the beds, individual duvets and the breakfast buffet. It was close to anything you could need.

Came back after many years - the same high standard as in 2010 when visited 1st time. Still one of best breakfast in the world 👍

A great hotel!! The beds are like heaven you sink down like on a cloud. Very good layout of the room. Friendly people!! Old wonderful building. I’ll stay here again if I come to Västerås (instead of the steam hotel😊)

Had trouble making arrangements originally saying overbooking. Then tried again day later and was able to make arrangements. Very nice and clean.

Lovely hotel. We did experience a bad odor in the bathroom that they addressed when we brought it to their attention (from the shower drain?), but it seems odd the customer would have to note that (and it was back again to a lesser extent the next morning).

This is a great place right in the center of town. Great breakfast too.

My third time at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and sleep was not good.

Hotellet var väldigt bra, vi bodde i ett rum mot domkyrkan och där var det lugnt vilket var skönt då det var stadsfest i stan. Det enda som var lite dåligt var trycket i duschen.

Hemresan från vårt sommarställe bryts av med en hotellnatt och en frukost på Elite Stadshotell i Västerås. Vi kör inte hela vägen, då vi numera inte kan bytas vid på grund av min mans rörelsehinder sedan drygt två år tillbaka. Bra säng, god service och tillmötesgående personal!
