Very beautiful new clean hotel with pleasant staff, good breakfast

It was a nice hotel, convenient as it’s walkable distance from the airport and they were able to check me in before 3pm which was really nice after an overnight international trip to get a nice shower right away

This property was OK. Very basic. It's located near the Parc Phoenix tram stop (5 minute walk) which is good for access to the main city or the airport. The hotel is basic and cheaper than staying in the centre, and easier from the airport. I will say though people are very loud in the hotel at night - banging doors etc, and you can hear the cleaners hoovering next door etc. I was going to say its very clean for what it is and cleaning staff are good, but on the last day they forgot to give me any new loo roll or towels so I had to go to reception and get those, so that annoyed me. The TVs don't have any English channels so you need to take an Ipad or something if you need entertainment. It does the job though as a hub for a tourist weekend. Breakfast is OK - quite basic continental. You get free water from reception and fill up your own glass bottles, i tried to remember to do this before going back to my room each day. I also used it to fill up my water bottle in my bag before going out each day which saved me money on days out. There is tea and coffee available all day apparently, but I never used it. If going on day tours its a good hotel to be picked up from compared to central Nice because it's harder for drivers to stop in the centre. I will say there is no food around the hotel - literally nothing, and not really anything in the hotel. Uber Eats has pizza etc if you want it, but i tried to eat daily before going back to base and grab snacks for the evening.

Normally, I prefer to stay at 4- or 5-star hotels. However, I chose this one because it offered a connected family room at an affordable price and was conveniently located near the airport. Upon arrival, I was initially confused about where to find the check-in counter. A very friendly gentleman at the restaurant counter greeted us and helped with the check-in process. He also mentioned that we could refill a bottle of water near the elevator to use during our stay. This was the first time I encountered an eco-friendly water bottle option at a hotel, which I found impressive. Additionally, he informed us that breakfast was included. However, when I told him we had an early flight and wouldn’t be able to enjoy it, he kindly suggested we help ourselves to any available food before breakfast officially began at 6 a.m. When we checked out at 4:40 a.m., another courteous staff member was setting up breakfast, allowing us to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the exceptional service exceeded my expectations.

Location was just ok- near airport but just far enough that it was long walk but too short for taxi (a problem since it was raining) and there were very few nearby dining options.

Staff were friendly, very limited options for food in the evening after 20:00
