Poor from start to finish had to check out a day early fire alarm going off all night set off on purpose and nothing done about it Truly the worst stay possibly ever

I stayed for one night and it was great. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The corridors were quiet. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again

Nice property. Had a lovely view of the Lake. A bit out of town but the bar and restaurant in the hotel has excellent food. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Resort wants to put off being upscale but there are a number of items that come off cheap and cutting corners.

Lovely hotel , great food , comfortable , great view of the lake and nice staff . The only downfall was in the bar the cocktails were the worst I’ve ever had. They clearly need training on how to make them . I tried a few different ones and they were truly awful

Rooms dark, insufficiently lit. Boasted of 3 eateries, yet no food, at 8.15pm ! Not even bar grub . Lake close by was nice.

Great stay although it was only 1 night as it was a quick trip.

Very nice place

The hotel itself is reasonably priced and the room was clean. The pillows perhaps a bit hard but that's personal choice. Staff on check in and check out were friendly. My main criticism was that the service for dinner was poor. It took quite a while to get seated. My main course was wrong and I had to wait for it to be replaced. The resulting delay meant I didnt get finished til 8.55pm only to be told the kitchen was closed and I couldn't get dessert. This was disappointing
