Staff was friendly, and the location was very clean and tidy.

I booked a weekend stay at this hotel for my trip to Summercon. I made the fateful decision to put in my trial contacts (that I never wear) and get a new set of coffin nails in the hopes that with all my other outfit choices, Skeet Ulrich would take one look at me and ask me to be his bride. Instead of that pipe dream happening, I couldn't get one of my contacts out for the entire weekend! I had already gotten stuck in traffic on the way up and missed one of my photo ops. I didn't want to miss my next one, but I was trying to juggle a visit to the local urgent care and check out. There was no way, even with late check out that I could make it work. I called up the hotel from my car and Kristin answered. I explained that my bags were mostly packed, but I was across town. She got me checked out and packed up my belongings herself and kept them safe in the office for me so that I wouldn't miss anything. Before any of that went down, every person I spoke to at the hotel was so friendly, helpful, and sweet. Thank you Kristin, Carlie, and Desiree! The room was comfortable and clean. It had all I needed. There's a Starbucks and a 7-11 in the same parking lot (though the prices were slightly cheaper at the shell across the street). I didn't get the chance to try either. The area is safe. I wish it were a little closer to the fairgrounds, but it's doable. Wish the pool had not been closed for maintenance. But seriously, the staff was so nice, even though they were slammed.

The breakfast had excellent choices and everything was always hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made great dinner suggestions.

Wonderful trip, the only negative was the pool was closed for maintenance.

Stay was very friendly and helpful. Elevators were down, pool was down for maintenance, and the WiFi was definitely struggling. Seems like they were having a lot issues during our stay. If not for that, our stay would have been perfect.

This is one of my best go to places. Everyone and everything here is great. I was truly impressed with the quality of the place and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and staff were hands on and very friendly.

It was nice plenty of room, area felt safe, across the street from a big foot Java and the breakfast was good

One elevator was shut down. The other was heavily used by the maids and maintenance. Stood there waiting for a very long time.

Great staff, room was excellent and comfortable beds. I felt like I was in heaven. Little pricey but definitely worth it. Continental breakfast was delicious too. Overall I'd say 10/10

Exactly what we needed. Very clean. Good breakfast.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast was better than expected and staff was super friendly. Finding a parking spot in the lot even with a parking pass is a different story and the downfall of the experience staying there. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was a great place. The staff were so friendly. The only issues we had was the lamp kept coming off the stand. One of the USB's next to the beds did not work. We ran out of hand soap. I didn't call to let them know so that was my bad.

After a pipe burst in our home we had to finsd a hotel late at night & they made the check in super easy and quick and accommodated everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable! I would definitely stay again

My experience was pleasant until we laid down for bed and a marijuana smell came out of nowhere. I’m mainly upset because I had my 9 month old daughter and when I called the receptionist she made every effort to make it right. The receptionist brought up new keys to a new room and we had to pack up at 11pm with an infant and switch rooms. The new room bathroom was not as clean as the last one and at this point I was just happy the smell was gone.
