Our second visit and it was lovely. Fantastic staff. Two great restaurants. We were in an executive suite with sea view which was a fantastic room. Food at El Jardin and Rei excellent. Will definitely return.

Have stayed many times . End of season blues ? Maybe . Many wasps and ants ( biters. ! ) when dining and by pool . Outside dining / bar areas not always clean or washed . Fixtures and fittings looking a bit tired ( sunbeds , etc ) . Overall , still good ( Excellent Spa ) and helped by its golf facility .

Hotel was out of this world. The facilities were excellent and all the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing place for a Romantic getaway - and could also be a perfect place for a large family gathering - the villas look amazing! Will be back for sure!

It was a beautiful oroperty with an extremely high level if service and attention to detail allround.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in the world. One minute to check in, complimentary bar drinks and snacks on arrival, chilled wine on ice in room, panhaligon toiletries, top notch restaurants, milk in minibar, fab staff. Up there with the best.

Top end palatial feel, very Spanish, elegant, comfortable lots of beautiful furniture and antiques but so many nice corners to lounge in. Set in beautiful gardens with the most professional but friendly and warm service. All food fantastic. Worth the money. Downsides are I worried a bit about how much food gets wasted especially at breakfast, they don’t have an iron you can borrow you have to pay for someone to iron it for you and a shame they don’t have hot tub or jacuzzi in otherwise fabulous spa facility. Played golf and even though I’m not good survived it and loved the perfectly manicured course and again impeccable service.

So peaceful with beautiful views, excellent food, amazing spa and so clean. Only complaint was the fact there were so few English channels on TV! Movie channel in English would have been good.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very happy to pay those prices for that level of service and standards. We were there with our 3 year old daughter, it was delightful

The service was exceptional. The food and restaurants were amazing. Gym was amazing and lots of equipment. Place was relaxing and like that they had adult pools only and a separate family pool. They anticipated all of your needs and met them.

Excellent stay at one of the best hotels in Spain by far . Everything you could wish for is available and every request is met with a " can do " response .

We stayed for four nights in August 2017 and absolutely loved it. Felt so relaxed and pampered. The staff is amazing and hotel and grounds are beautiful. The beach club is fantastic, with a great restaurant for lunch by the sea. We will be back.

This is a luxurious retreat - excellent for golf and a fabulous restaurant in Kabuki Raw. Not cheap by any means but highly recommended if you are looking to treat yourself for a couple of days.

The food in all 3 Restaurants we ate in , Le Jardin , Kabuki Raw and the Beach Club was excellent. Service in all 3 was exceptional. The Blue Bar had an amazing range of Spirits and Cocktails , again service was exceptional. The Breakfasts were wonderful , even though the service was sometimes not up to the standard of the other meals. Rooms great , but internet not so good. All in all a wonderful experience.

When we booked this hotel, we somehow thought it was in Marbella and right on the beach...we were wrong on both counts. It is in Casares (near Marbella) and is about a 5-minute drive up the road from the beach. No matter, it has its own private Beach Club with prompt shuttle service. While the Beach Club is beautiful with a wonderful restaurant and spectacular pool, the beach itself is very uninspiring. As far as the hotel property, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are immaculate, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and beautiful views. Free internet in the rooms and outstanding patio restaurant with particularly enjoyable all-included breakfast fare. Really great spa and magnificent pools (one for families and one for adults only). The hotel service was prompt and the staff very helpful. This place is not cheap, but it is worth the price and makes for a wonderful getaway destination.
