Excellent boutique hotel in the zona romantica. Very clean rooms and the property is charming. The staff is superb- friendly and accommodating and very flexible with respect to extra such as luggage storage after check out and in my case I moved rooms. Highly recommended.

First, I am happy that they had accommodation. It was a extra busy week with the festivities. I'm pretty easy going, but having decent Wi-Fi on an international trip is exceedingly helpful their's could use some work. I could not get the kitchenette with air conditioning. It was one or the other. And without a kitchen, not having an ice machine in the building really kind of sucks. On high point, the top deck is fabulous. The staff was more than courteous.

This is my third time staying there. I did get a renovated room and it’s much better. No AC and that was the only issue i had.

Room needs to be updated it was not dirty or anything, but needs to be updated the pictures on the web were probably from a long time ago

I love this place. Simple and perfectly located.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - 15 minutes to Malecon yet not in a touristy area. Several good restaurants and bars nearby.

The property is well within walking distance of the malecon and the downtown center. Many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as street food vendors. Can be a little noisy at night but you do get use to it. Stayed 11 nights and would definately stay at the property on future trips. The staff were amazing, very friendly.

Great place for a budget stay booked room with kitchen its basically a small studio apartment.was great small balcony and plenty of windows.only down side was sketchy wifi and not very hot water.but I would stay again if I was booking a long stay

Stay elsewhere

I have stayed here for many years. It is a traditional hotel with not a lot of amenities. However, it is clean safe, and cheap in a very Mexican neighborhood. Hotel staff is helpful and they actually clean your room every day.

Lovely

This is a place to go if you want traditional charm (exactly what I like). Not the place for luxury, or modern. It has all the basics. With the amazing walkability does come some noise though. You can always hear some traffic, but it is relatively quiet otherwise.
