Mold, Mold, Mold!!! The place smelled terribly when entering the front entrance to check in. Drapes hanging down fro the widow..mold on ceiling above air conditioner. Rust observed in entering the bathroom on the door and floor. The shower was terrible, needs to redo the shower wall. The hallway smelled terrible as well..had to use lysol and febreeze spray..stayed here last year and it wasn't in this condition..got to new owners. This needs to be used as a in and out hotel. Lesson learned.

We were given a room that had a lot of mold in the AC unit and bathroom. After letting front desk know, they offered two other rooms and when we checked those out, they had the same issues. We couldn’t stay and had to find other accommodations.

Our room did not have towels or washcloths, had to go to Checkin to get some. Water in shower was just warm and had no pressure. The breakfast was good.

Has a great size room. The bathroom really needs remodel. Also add a vertical grab bar in shower area

Convenient to Jekyll Island.

The original room we were given was next to the pool and smelled musty and like chlorine. The carpet was damp. We asked for a room change and the desk clerk said it smelled fine to him and they had just cleaned the carpet. We asked again for a different room and it was granted.

It was not clean at all. The sheets were not clean.

The Comfort inn suites was in a good area but the Hotel itself had a terrible odor. Even you didn't use the elevator and took the stairs the smell was bad. It was mold on our shower head and rust on the bathroom door panel!! It needs a MAJOR RENOVATION done to it!

Staff was helpful.

This was the perfect stop on our trip and very convenient for a day trip to Jekyll Island!

Its okie, but little of pricy

I've stayed in many comfort inns. The one thing they all have in common is they everyone needed some maintenance do in the rooms. This one was no different. The bathtub and behind toilet need to be fixed.

Absolutely filthy property. Just go somewhere else

I will never stay here are recommend it to no one. I don’t know if the room have fleas or bed bugs when I left I had bite marks all over my legs the first day I checked I was given the wrong room key thank God no one was in there only their stuff. I took pictures of my legs and I have submitted them to the better business bureau. I want a refund.
