Clean room perfect for short stays

Clean room and great service… As always, Breakfast was great and typical Scandic style.

The rooms were really small for a family of 4 but we made it work. We had to have a baby crib in the room for our youngest which made it a bit tighter. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. There was no one by the door telling people where to sit, so people were just walking around looking for tables which made it a lot more hectic. Both mornings we had to ask for the table to be cleaned because the employees were focused on other tasks. The second morning we were there (Saturday) was pandemonium. There were actually people standing and eating on the tables where the buffet food is placed instead of waiting for a table. I found this quite disgusting/unsanitary, but the staff didn’t ask them to move.

Convenient as we needed to get on the feery to Denmark early in the morning. Hotel & food were good. Bartender was not very knowledgeable about anything Norwegian.

Our room was tiny and cramped with basically no lighting. The beds were uncomfortable. The only possible was that the parking was included. Would not stay again

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable and quiet. Overall an excellent choice.

Distance for going to Dyreparken is perfect. We found a half eaten bag of sweets in our bed, makes you wonder if they even changed the sheets before our stay. Property is due for renovations. We got only 1 towel for 3 guests. There could have been more options at the breakfast buffet.

They had complimentary coffee and tea however no one told us about it at check it, that would have been nice to know.

The hotel staff, pool, and breakfast were wonderful, but the room was incredibly cramped and not even close to sound-proof, so we heard the conversations from our next door neighbor and his family. The bathroom was rundown and could use some updating.

It was a nice room, the dinner buffet was excellent (though expensive) and the breakfast buffet was also great. The wi-fi was way too slow. The staff was really nice.

Very clean, friendly staff and fun amenities. Rooms were small but had good use of space. Arrived too late to enjoy the outdoor pool but kids had fun on mini zip line. Wonderful breakfast with great selection of American and European options. Highly recommend.

Hei, hyggelig betjening og rent rom. Har dog en tilbakemelding: på en plakat over vasken så står det at man ikke skal la vannet renne ved tannpuss pga. miljø og ressurser. Jeg reagerer derfor på at det tar nesten 2-3 minutter før det kommer varmt vann i dusjen, noe som oppleves paradoksalt mtp. plakaten.

Bra plass for barn og god frokost

Bærer preg av gammelt og slitt ,rom med trang og merkelig bad løsning med vask i mellomgang og ikke inne på badet blir ikke og bestille her flere ganger

God frokost-buffet. Vennlige personale. Godt rengjort rom med grei størrelse… Hadde Superior (rom nr 223)

-Baren stenger litt tidlig, begrenset utstyr på treningsrommet og noe utdatert bad. +Hyggelig personale, god frokost, badekar på standard rom, biljardbord og dart.
