The transportation is convenient, but you need to carry your luggage on the 4th floor.

Amazing location! Soft beds. Quiet rooms. We love small boutique hotels and this did not disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff. We are already planning our return trip and will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! After traveling for 24 hours from Hawaii, we arrived around 11 a.m., and to our delight, they allowed us to check in early since our room was already ready. We were so grateful to settle in after such a long journey. The hotel room was fantastic—quiet, with a comfortable bed and nice, cold air conditioning. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the ferry, St. Mark’s Square, and Vivaldi’s church. We had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent small hotel in ideal Venice location

The location was very convenient to a lot of the local sites and the water transportation. The breakfast provided was good. The only drawback was the street noise.

Great location near vaporetto stop, st. mark’s square and dogs palace. This hotel has an elevator making it handy for those not wanting to schlep bags.

Perfect location. Walkable to the ferry and main attractions. The room itself was difficult to temperature control. You couldn't really leave the windows open due to noise, cigarette smoke, bugs, and birds. Staff were friendly.

Clean and well located hotel with very friendly staff

This is a small Boutique Hotel in a great location. We had room 101 with windows on the alley, Calle de La Rasse. We checked in Friday 8 pm and out Sunday 630am. Alley was a little noisy. Hotel directly across alley doing extensive construction so beware of weekday noise. No 110 ac or USB charging ports in the room. Shower extremely tiny, so beware big people. Entered the hotel after a long travel day with delays and had a bit of trouble entering the small vestibule with small width double doors. As we entered there were two staff members snickering at the adjacent front desk, felt it was do to our entrance. Rather than offering help to hold the doors open they had a good laugh on us and we weren't that bad! The continental breakfast included was nice, good coffee and typical pastries, cereal and cold cuts. Had a small room safe that the room key didn't match, not electronic. 5 minute walk to the Alilaguna ferry. Overall we were happy with the hotel. Lastly, we felt very safe in Venice!

Wonderful six night stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Excellent breakfast of pastries, juices, cereals, cheese, sliced meats, coffee or espresso, yogurt, bread, jam, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs. Elevator always worked. Just steps away from San Marco Square, Vaporetto, food. Groceries and laundromat 10 minutes.

This was a very cute place that was located really close to a waterbus stop! We have no trouble finding it. The staff were very attentive and resolved an issue we had with the outlets with expediency. The bathroom was spacious and the air conditioning was great after being out on a hot day. There was also a good light breakfast that we were able to take advantage before heading out for our adventure. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Great location, large room and very friendly service. The shower/bathroom facilities are a bit basic and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’d ever slept on, but it was fine for a short stay. The walls are pretty thin so some neighbours with loud voices at 6.45am could have been done without.

The location right near San Marco is unbeatable. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. The only minor drawback is the queen mattress is actually two twins pushed together, but that was understandable due to the small hallways. Great location and would definitely visit again!

Property was clean and hotel staff was very helpful. Was located close to the square so as an easy walk to a lot of the things we wanted to see.

The staff were nice and very helpful. Easy to get to. Great for a solo traveler.
