This is the best "airport hotel" we've stayed at anywhere in the world !

Nice new hotel with excellent gym close to airport.

Stuck at the airport for 24 hrs alone, I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of comfort. But this hotel really missed the mark. The service was great, super efficient and friendly. The hotel was just a bit below par. Blocked hand basin in my room. Glasss, bottles, ice bucket from the previous ocupant out side my room when I arrived, & it was still there when I left. The decor is all a bit jaded in the hallways, horribly out of date even though I would guess it's not long since it was decorated. The room was sterile. Nothing of any character or warmth about the interior & an average bed. A constant and persistant hum prevailed. The gym had an air of abandoment, much of the equipment is old, there was nothing to clean seats or grab rails before you used the machines. The hotel had QR codes around saying they are trying to get their star rating up, but they're on the wrong track. It felt municipal. The restaraunt was expensive, and again, trying too hard in the wrong places. My opinion is that they should skip striving for stars and concentrate on the human comforts and creating some sort of atmosphere. It's not a cheap hotel which makes it all the more diapointing.

This property was convenient with airport shuttle. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay again.

The service when we checked in was horrible. We bring between 12-16 people to a water color painting vacation at Frassinett every year for 5 years in a row. This year the young lady at the check in counter was rude, slow and if she had been my employee, I would have terminated her on the spot. I waited over an hour before I got a room. Every time I checked with her I was told it would be only 5 minutes more. We average around 32 room nights per year. Next year our stay will not be at the Radisson Blu.

I will never stay at this property again. We have been staying here for five years. The service has gone downhill and the breakfast cost went from 19 euros to 25 euros. The front desk is under staffed and not very knowledgeable. I thought the property has probably been sold and the new owners are cutting corners.

The stay was OK but they requested a deposit as a guaraantee and claimed that they do not provide the welcoming drinks as mentionned in the booking.

Decent restaurant pas trop cher.

All of the electric outlets in my room were broken. I was given zero vip benefits, for two days hot tub was ice cold and steam room was inoperable. I was offered zero benefits.

Clean nice rooms amenities Restaurant opened late 5pm for snacks and 7pm for dinner. Food we ordered was delish Candies at the reception counter was really delicious

Good hotel near the airport. Dinner and breakfast options could be better, but overall clean and quiet room, great staff!
