The hotel and the apartment room is clean and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again at this hotel on my next trip to Dubai. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

We loved our stay. Staff were very cordial and professional and went above our beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location is well placed next to the E11 highway and metro station, and also a good walking distance from the Dubai marina. Overall highly recommend this apartment hotel if you are bringing your family and want to be at the heart of the city.

Beautiful place but 3 things I didn’t like about the place. 1st the shower door was really annoying to get in and out. 2nd after 6 mins of shower the hot water turns into gold. So if you go there as a couple you need to wait 20 to half hr for the water to get warm again. 3rd, 2 elevators but was always only one elevator working.

Very clean, large, and comfortable. Very responsive to requests. A really nice cafe that had a delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were very comfortable here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was well done . I really enjoyed my stay there

Its the uniqueness of the location. Everything is within walkable distance, its a very safe area and the property is extremely clean

It was amazing experience staying in Oaks Liwa heights with my family all of us enjoyed the stay.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment at this hotel with Balcony. Well furnished and nearly maintained. Location is a huge plus too. Close by to Metro and also in the heart of Jumeirah Business Area. Excellent service from staff especially at the front desk and house keeping Dept. Overall a fine place to stay. Will most certainly stay here again

Brilliant apartment hotel in convenient location

..Great access to downtown amenities... Helpful reception and concierge staff... Challenging to find one's way around to local restaurants/ shops by foot. Google maps not always accurate. A 'local amenities" guide map would be useful at check-in...

It surprised me that the hotel ask to pay rent an advance and at the same time ask for deposit. I never experience such thing.

A very warm welcome at this amazing apartment hotel. They allowed me to check in early which is always very welcome particularly as it was on the Royal Wedding Day, in the UK so I was able to watch everything on the TV. The apartment (1603) was beautifully appointed with plenty of space and comfort. Beautiful bathroom, beautiful bedroom (large bed) and very well insulated from noise outside. There is a nice swimming pool downstairs as well as a squash court. Well appointed gymnasium. The staff were so polite and helpful whenever needed. I put this hotel through expedia and it was an absolute bargain.no hesitation in recommending this place to other travellers and will certainly be here again myself in the future.
