Room was beautiful and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Lobby and dining area recently redone. Only negative was not enough staff in the morning. Young man working the front desk also was in the kitchen getting food for someone who was unable to get assistance earlier. Several people were looking for attention at the front desk and could not find him.

Rooms and property very clean, beds comfortable and good pillows! Front desk staff sorry to say need work.

The light in the bathroom fell out of the ceiling. Needed more towels and face cloths and they didn't have any face cloths available. The staff was friendly. They didn't empty our garbage cans or give us a new bag for the ice bucket.

Nice hotel and convenient location close to many restaurants and shops. Also close to a couple medical facilities if that is needed.

Room and rest of the building was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but limited on the weekend. Just had lukewarm showers. Water for the showers could have been warmer

Affordable, clean, quiet Kyle at the front desk was pleasant, friendly, and efficient.

We booked the room a week in advance. The check-in time states to be 3/4pm. But our room is still not clean/availbe until 8pm when we check in. We have to take our baby and luggage and sit in the hall for another 1-1.5hour for waiting the room is cleaned. We went for breakfast at 9am (breakfast ends at 10am) and there is literally nothing left but still tons of guest waiting in the room for food. It seems like the hotel is short of people or otherwise is poorly managed. one employee has to be responsible for checking in/out and running away to take care of room guest’s needs as well as other facilities. Guests have to wait poorly long until that single employee is returned from other tasks.

The property was ok for comparable value. It was clean, rooms were bigger. We stayed during busier time when the hotel was overbooked. Our friends did not have a room to check in despite booking a month ago. Breakfast was almost over an hour before closing time. We mentioned shower head was malfunctioning, that was not fixed during the stay. I have received better services for similar value

Good breakfast only thing bad was one of the elevator was extremely squeaky.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the breakfast was terrible, all pastries. They run out of milk, fruits and eggs at 7:30 while the breakfast lasts until 9:00am. The morning shift at the reception desk was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for housekeeping but didn’t get housekeeping service during our stay. They don’t check on filling up boiled water at the lobby. Once there was no towels at the swimming pool, I asked for towels and my kids stayed another hour there, but nobody brought towels so we had to leave all wet.The only person who was very professional (Kyle) was the evening shift with a suit on and curly hair. It was a very disappointing experience for my family during our vacation.

Hotel was extremely clean and quiet! Would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Very nice facility, great staff. The room set up was lovely, with the seating area. The only problem with the room was the bathroom door was in the wrong place. The breakfast was nicely done, and even with a big crowd one day was well stocked. I would stay here again. One complaint was the dumpster was serviced at 4 am.

Front desk woman was not very friendly at checkout and when I called about a reversal for a pending fee she said that was released she was EXTREMELY rude to the representative from Chime to the point I apologized to him repeatedly. Luckily my stay didnt have much to do with her but I'm unlikely to return due to her disrespectful behavior.

Beautiful hotel. The room was nice. Appeared clean. All of the bedding pillows were so small and uncomfortable 😣 Our room (305) seemed to have a fruit fly issue. My husbands water cup was full of fruit flies. So that was kind of gross. Also we wished the hotel had a hot tub! Kids had fun in the pool though.

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed, quiet, very clean, free parking, and friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above average for american hotels. Would definitely stay here again.
