It was very beautiful and the staff were awesome

I’ve stayed here twice, once with a friend and once with my husband and two young children. The grounds, pool, and beach are gorgeous. The food is ok; I have a restricted diet, and it was a little difficult to find things that were healthy that I could eat. Also we were not able to make any reservations as restaurants were booked up, so we mostly ate at the buffet. Our kids loved the kids club, we wish we had more information about it from the resort, but we were able to get the info we needed by searching reviews online. We left our kids for a couple of hours and they were fully attended to the entire time. They said that they felt safe and had fun! Our room was large and very clean, but unfortunately, we were next to the plaza and theater and it was quite noisy up until 1130 every night. It made it difficult for our little ones to sleep. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Sometimes we felt a little rushed at the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. It would’ve been nice to be able to make reservations or order room service online. Did I mention that the pool and the beach were amazing? I wish I was there now!

Really good food at the restaurants onsite. Drinks were good as well. Good place for families.

The cleanliness and layout of the resort was very nice. The pools and beaches were the best part. Staff, food, and entertainment was average compared to other punta Cana resorts. Very little activities for family on the resort, and no daily itineraries. Top quality liquor, but very limited drink options. Rooms were very nice, but multiple things would not work (e.g., coffee maker, remotes, light switches, etc.) with no resolution. May be decent for couples, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Amazing would definitely stay again

The whole resort was beautiful, the beaches, pool area, the rooms were wonderful, freindly service staff. The one issue we had was with the reservation, we upgraded the adult only section of the resort. When we arrived we were informed that there were no rooms available and they will not refund your money.

Beautiful resort, the staff was amazing and so helpful. Every morning was like waking up in paradise, the beach was beautiful and pools were always well maintained. Our room was convenient with the pool right outside our balcony, Jesus and the bartender at our pool bar were the best. They went above and beyond, we hung out at the pool and pool bar daily because of how well they took care of us. Definitely recommend specifically because of how the staff took care of and treated us. The food on the other hand is par and nothing out of the ordinary, not 5 star or extra ordinary. Would have preferred some traditional Dominican cuisine.
