The property was well kept..Great outdoor pool area! Very attentive staff. My room had a few things wrong with it when I arrive but they quickly fixed it and accommodated me by yhe next morning.

El cuarto estaba mas o menos limpio, la regadera no servia, tiraba agua para todos lados, tanto que despego pintura del techo del shower. Los empleados muy amables, solo que cuando venden los tours no los explican bien. No utilize parking. Y si es familiar

Great place to stay at a great price

It was clean, the staff were nice. Pool was kept warm and heated, no complaints other than the train but if you’re anywhere near a deep sleeper you’ll be fine. Not much to walk around to though, taking an uber is definitely required.

I really want to give this place a better rating. It has nice peace to it in the garden area in the middle of a busy city, the pool was great and the front yard area is actually quite beautiful. The problem we run into is, unfortunately this Hotel is literally about 10-20 feet from the city train tracks. So, if you are okay with getting woken up at least twice a night from a train passing that literally blares it's horn for 10 min non stop as it passes then be my guest. For me once was enough and I will be going to other locations in the future. The room was really nice but the toilet in our room had some issue where the water would slowly leak out of the seal from the top portion to the bottom portion so about avery 30 min to an hour you would here the toilet start going off as if someone had flushed it because the water was slowly draining out of the top. Let me tell you, that will also definitely help your sleep. Anyway that was my experience, not to amazing.
