The Hotel Staff have made this stay amazing. The hospitality and cleanliness is remarkable. It has rained heavily here the last two days and we experienced a leak in our room when we called to notify the staff a maintenance person was immediately dispatched to assess the issue. As a result of the assessment we were immediately assigned another, much nicer, room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

lift wasnt working,, they gave us 5th floor !!!!

We stayed for 3 days and we’re given the 5th floor. The elevators did not work. I think we should’ve been told to be given the choice to pick another hotel. I have bad knees so it was not a good experience

Building is old. Rooms are too dark with windows facing inside corridors. You can not see the street or even the sky,I felt I was in jailhouse cell. Location is bad, lots of homeless people, difficult to find and far from the center. Will never go there again

I did not stay at the hotel, but my family of 6 members had a great experienced, welcoming atmosphere, walkable distance to important landmarks. Staff was tremendously well trained responding all questions via phone. Great services.

Amazing place

Absolutely fantastic the rooms are wonderful and nicely kept. The service is absolutely amazing from front desk to kitchen/room service. They answered all our questions and were willing to help us with whatever we needed definitely recommend. We stayed for a week and were so impressed.

Third time here, love the hotel, rooms are huge, bed is comfy and the place is very clean, also the area around is awesome

I spent eight nights at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The location on a quiet part of Calle Londres is excellent. My room was large, clean, very quiet, with lots of natural light and a very comfortable bed. When there were problems I told the front desk and they were fixed very quickly. In general the staff was friendly and helpful and we often had conversations that were half in English and half in Spanish. I also enjoyed eating breakfast some mornings on the terrace which has a nice view. They also arranged for me to get my mandatory COVID test through a company that came to my room by appointment and did it for $800MXN ($40 US). The results were emailed to me an hour later. The only thing I didn't like was the taxi stand at the front door, asking me if I wanted a cab every time I left the building. There is also a long flight of stairs from the street up to the front desk. This might be a problem for people who have trouble on stairs.

The location is great, there is many restaurants, caffe, and shops within he area. One point of concern was an odor of the linen ( mildew ).
