Great service by friendly staff and very good VFM..... Our only gripe was the noise overnight from our room on the 2nd floor(both from inside[returning revellers/guests in the early hours of the morning c.2am] & outside early morning trolleys etc @ c.6-7am)

it was a good enough price for last minute bookings. and the people were nice. the hotel is not a super taken care of top end place but it worked just fine for us.

With little to expect, I was absolutely surprised by service, hospitality and locality of this hotel. Direct access from the airport, a short walk into Benidorm but just enough out of the way for some peace and quite. The staff were brilliant!

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip, 30 minutes walk to the centre of Benidorm. Very good room size, shower excellent, air con excellent. We did not interact much with staff but they all seemed ready to help. The breakfast was decent, not a big choice for cereals or natural dairy products.

The Hotel La Estacion was ideal for our trip. We had a nice large room which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal were very good. Service in the bar was good. Reception staff were helpful. The hotel was convenient for walking into Benidorm town.

The hotel is very welcoming. Staff are very friendly Only negative. Is direct booking is not cost affective Looking to stay 90days in total Some discount would be a good gesture However booking online seams to be the only option

The staff is very nice and helpful but the hotel is not so good old and the rooms are ok but not so nice that bathroom is refurbished.

Honestly this hotel was fantastic. On my last day I thought I lost my passport the gentleman on reception eventually found it for me. I can’t remember his name but it was the 19 th feb late afternoon, he was wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff very helpful, the condition of all areas were so good grest stqndard by the cleaners.

Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help

My 6th time staying at Hotel Estacion. Affordable great standard & excellent customer service. I will be back on a regular basis.

Stayed here a few times. So quiet big rooms with comfortable beds large walk in shower. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
