Staff were fantastic, couldn’t have been nicer or helped us more (had one wheelchair and one baby and they were so kind). Hotel newly renovated and clean.

Checked in, Shower was hanging off the wall, Tea splattered up the wall, Booked room with stocked mini bar and only 2 bottles of water in the fridge, No offer of another room, Manager was very rude and no compassion at all!!!!! No refund offered! Deffinatly not worth staying at, Still waiting for a responce.

Fab hotel! I had booked a premium room (without knowing) and it was brilliant. Hotel staff really accommodating. Mini bar included with room. Breakfast buffet really nice and the room large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

A very good Holiday Inn with close proximity to Haydock Racecourse. Fairly limited food choices several of which were not available. Check in was superb and they corrected a real problem. Louise was particularly good on reception

Overnight stay after attending the races .Very convenient ,quiet and in an excellent location .We will definitely stay again

Great loction and great breakfast

There wasn’t any major issues - which is all we wanted just to sleep for the night. Very limited options for getting food so be prepared to eat at the hotel.

Last minute booking as wasn't sure sure how far I would get with my journey and was pleased with the welcome I got and the room was all ready with the sofa bed made up for my son so well done to all informed .. will definitely tried this one again on another trip .

The property was great. Just what we needed for our small family. The reception was very welcoming and pleasant. We were well taken care of. The food was so delicious.

The stay was just ok the two nights I stayed with my daughter was good but breakfast wasn’t the best wasn’t offered coffee as I sat down no plates or glasses to take food breakfast options were lacking and when I asked if there was any pastry’s the reply I got was there are all gone no apologies etc and also one of the staff nearly walked into me with a full jug of coffee. There must of been a wedding on as the noise was horrendous the first night sleep was ok but the second night wasn’t good.

Everything is good. Just the restaurant is busy in the morning for breakfast

Plenty parking space

The hotel rooms are tired and needing some love. Bed was comfy. Food in the hotel was a let down. Would not eat there again. A big dog peed on the couch the bar area and a huge puddle was made on the floor. All that was done a few paper towels to soak it ip. No propper cleaning and that disturb us.

Overnight stay and whilst evening menu didn’t have many options for gluten free diet, Calum, our waiter went out of his way to ensure my husband was able to enjoy a main course.

Great for a short stay - family of 3, plenty of room in the family room, great full length mirror, space to get ready, comfy beds and love the pillow choice. We had our multi plug extension lead for charging multiple devices. Food was good, we had 4 tapas and chips which was enough for 2. Great value.
