Disappointed

The room was very small. Cleanliness was not great. Old furniture, Old taxi cars

Room heater was not working. The room was like a sauna. We had to keep the balcony door open to balance out the temperature. Housekeeping was not good. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great experience overall. Well maintained property

Got an underground room -2 which was not pleasent. I showed up mid day and was told check in was at 2 PM. Came back at 4:15 PM only to be informed that room was not ready. When I insisted because had a wedding to go to, was given this less than ideal room. They could have easily given me an upgraded room or offer it for a price but no gesture was made

Property and facilities are beautiful. However, parking lot workers are trying to scam foreigners. Unfortunately, this ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. I will never return to this hotel because of this and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly is a shame.

Nice location

The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast.

It was the perfect location and amenity for our short vacation. Property is beautiful and well maintained, food is excellent, customer service is exceptional !! We already booked our next stay here. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable :)!!
