Hotel staff left lots to be desired. No warm greetings or friendliness. They were too busy on their cell phones kicked back in the chair to notice guests. The fire alarms went off around 10:30 pm. Everyone had to evacuate and the fire department showed up. After about 30 minutes, the fire department left and when we asked the front desk what happened and was it safe to return to our rooms, they said they were not sure, but thought so. We were on a floor that was under construction and the hallways smelled of chemicals and were humid. No one told us about this as we checked into the hotel. They bed frames were poorly put together and both beds had sharp metal sticking out on the right side. There was a feminine product unwrapped in one of the beds when the covers were pulled back.

Pros: Quick check in. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Cons: Property is going through renovations and therefore it has big plastic coverings on every level floor. The hotel didn't smell pleasant and the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast was not good and there is not much of a variety. Overall you get what you pay for, but not bad for a 1 night stay.

Our stay was great for all two days. My only negative was the Luggage Cart, which was very hard to steer. I would stay again without hesitation.

Hotel was old, dirty and falling apart. Did not have pillows or linens for the sofa bed, which was booked for 3 people with a king and a sofa for my child. When you pulled the sofa out, it didn’t fit in the room so you hit your leg on it when you walked by, there was mold on the vents, the pool was not heated and water cloudy only a few lights working in pool and hanging from ceiling, hot tub boarded up. We could have stayed at a newer red roof inn for half the price with no pool and been better off. Lots of things broken around the hotel and held together with wire.

Place is under some sort of renovation and had plastic tarps up on the second floor. AC in room was broken. Staff tried to walk into room without knocking and didn’t speak English when asked to leave. Elevator was questionable

We got canceled the day of our trip because we’re within 50 miles of hotel. WHAT???

Good area. Great service and staff. Good night's sleep. Only issue I had is water was on floor and standing water in soapdish in shower upon check-in. Breakfast was ok. Juice was heavily watered down.

Unfortunately the hotel is under construction on every floor. The rest is pretty run down. The room was clean.

Just off the highway, near some restaurants, makes a great pit stop during a road trip. A bit dated. Comfortable bed! Breakfast was o.k.

The hotel property is in need of a remodel. It wasn’t necessarily out of date it was just worn out.

Pros: bed was comfy and room was spacious. Cons: VERY dated and unclean. Room was in taters - hole in wall/divider, black out curtain was broken and completely stained, sheer curtain had a huge rip in it, duvet cover had a huge rip in it and was stained, a face cloth was left hanging in the shower upon our arrival, bottom of shower curtain had mildew. Staff was pleasant and did fix the broken curtain upon our request and said they would replace the ripped one after we left. I took the duvet off the bed and requested a new one and we did receive that. Overall, I would not stay here considering there are so MANY other options in the immediate area.

Place was very nice !! Hope they get the hot tub up and working
